Photojournalistic style - In this photographic style, the wedding photographer will capture events as they happen rather than shoot posed or staged photos. It's like having your wedding day captured as a documentary. These photos are often shot in black and white. Some couples opt for a mixture of posed and candid photos.

Fashion Photography Style - Picture yourself as a model in a high fashion magazine. With this photographic style, it's all about the right lighting and striking the right poses. The photographer will ensure that your clothing is emphasized in the photos.

Unique Posing - Although wedding photography trends are moving away from traditional posing, more photographers are shooting photos where the shot is staged but in an interesting way. One of my favorite wedding photos with unique posing featured an overhead shot of a bride and her bridesmaids seated in a circle and looking up at the camera. It was adorable.

Rachel, Gary & I made an early start arriving in Kendal in time for breakfast

We started off in the ceremony room, we made the huge LSA column vase designs in situation

I used some fabulous fresh cherry blossom, pink & green hydrangeas and pink roses.

Nicky had two wedding dresses and also two wedding bouquets

On the terrace we arranged vases of Hydrangea, Ranunculas & Hostas also in low LSA column vases, we loan free of charge all our vases and stands to our event clients.

also on the garden tables, we later made these into bouquets for Nicky & Chris to give to some of their special guests.

The Civil Ceremony Room was all ready, Nicky wanted quite a contemporary feel to this part of the day whilst retaining elements of tradition and romance.

The Hydrangeas were really vibrant and one of Nicky's favourites.

Chris was a little nervous but with two best men at his side he was kept calm.

Chris's Mum Hilary's corsage of Lily of the valley, Delphinium, Hyacinth and rolled Akito Rose Petals.

The boys had their Hypnose roses pinned on

The ceremony room was filling up and excitement and anticipation was building

Chris the extremeley effecient C&B manager at The Castle Green managed to get everyone in the right places at the right time.

The Bridesmiad's posies included Hypnose, Metalina & Amnesia Roses, I tied them simply with ivory stain ribbon.

Nicky's Benjamin Roberts gown was just lovely and the Pink Peony bouquet was aperfect choice.

A shower of rose petal confetti

Nicky brought me a fabulous moodboard with her inspirations and ideas very clearly displayed, pride of plce in the centre of the board was the black Martini Vase with Aqua Roses...

The dramatic Ghost tree graced the entrance foyer to the banqueting suite and acted as a backdrop to the seating plan.

The Musicians were The Herbs, they played throughout the wedding breakfast and then transformed themselves into a fabulous evening band.

The Wedding Cake was made by Beaulea's Cakes

The Top Table

You can see how these high designs sit above the eye level of the guests, whilst the small sphere of roses on the table top is a lovely detail for everyone to enjoy making them the perfect choice for maximum ooohs and aahhs when guests enter the room and great for the atmosphere as everyone can see one another and conduct conversations across each table.
