Wishing Well/Card Box Instructions
- The two larger bottom boxes were purchased on eBay. The small flat boxes are from Tiffany gift cards and the small one on top is from a jewelry gift. They're all authentic Tiffany boxes (you could also wrap plain lidded gift boxes with Tiffany blue colored wrap for this project and the centerpieces).
- Cut a large hole on the top of the bottom box, then the same size hole on the bottom of the middle box.
- Next, wrap the ribbon around each individual box taping it on the inside. Using a ruler and tracing the size of slit wanted, cut an opening in the front of the middle box with a VERY SHARP box cutter. The sharper it is the easier it is to cut so you may want to buy a brand new cutter for this project.
- Use a glue gun (or glue stick) to stick the bottom and middle boxes together.
- The top is actually rather easy: just tie the three boxes together with ribbon, glue on top and place a large bow on the very top to complete your wishing well.
- Make sure you complete this project at least one week before your wedding to allow plenty of drying time.
